The feast features two carving stations with Cider-brined & Roasted Turkey with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, and Slow-Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Creamy Horseradish and Au Jus, as well as a salad station. Bring your family and friends to Wildfire at Tysons Galleria on Thanksgiving Day for a special family style menu featuring spit roasted turkey and all the traditional Thanksgiving dishes. The cost is $39.95 per person and $16.95 for children 12 and under. Wildfire will be donating a portion of the day's proceeds to Food for Others, the largest distributor to free food directly to people in need in Northern Virginia, and is hosting a food drive starting that day to help restock the cupboards just in time for the holidays. Chef Tom Elder and team will prepare sides with ingredients straight from the region's finest farmers, and even some from Chef Tom's own organic garden.
