This 60-minute guided tour examines Washington's brilliant design for the grounds at Mount Vernon. Visit the gardens he created, see some of the original trees that are still standing, and learn how he merged areas for work and leisure to create a master plan for his beloved home.Learn about Washington's brilliant design for his beloved estate as you explore the lawns, groves, gardens, and views he designed on this 60-minute guided tour.

This tour is offered at 11 a.m. and is $4 in addition to general admission.
