FREE Admission to Mount Vernon for all active duty, former, or retired military personnel. 

Honored guests are also invited to place a flower at Washington's Tomb where the Sons of the American Revolution and the Daughters of the American Revolution present a wreathlaying ceremony in honor of our nation's veterans. Special activities include a free patriotic community concert by the barbershop chorus The Harmony Heritage Singers and a performance by the United States Air Force String Orchestra.
