Join us for an evening of bubbles as we culminate our 10th birthday celebration at Wildfire, Tysons Galleria, 3rd floor, McLean, VA, on Friday, January 26, 2018. Our Executive Chefs Moreno Espinoza and Edwin Amaya will prepare and present a custom four-course menu, each paired with a sparkling wine from around the world. Johnna French, blogger and founder of the popular site www.johnnaknowsgoodfood.comwill join us as guest speaker for the evening. Saolo A. Aguilar, Wine Consultant for Service Distributing, Inc., will also be on hand to talk about the wine selections.
