Virginia International University is excited to announce that we are holding our first Fall Festival on Sunday, November 12th from 10:30am to 3:30pm, held on our campus in Fairfax, VA.

Come out this Veterans Day weekend to learn about different cultures and traditions, enjoy some traditional fall activities, and support our veterans! This year we’ve partnered with the Student Veterans of America, and a quarter of the proceeds from this event will go to support this great organization.

The Fall Festival will have music, entertainment, vendors, and activities for the whole family, including a kid’s corner featuring:
-A magician
-Moon bounces
-Caricature artists
-Face painting
-Balloon Artist
-Cookie decorating
-Pumpkin painting
-Arts & Crafts
-STEM Activities
-…and more!

Bach to Rock will also be at the festival highlighting performances from students and giving others the opportunity to try different instruments.


TICKETS
Entrance to the festival is FREE, but some activities require tickets. Tickets will be $1.00 each. Those serving in the military will receive 10 free tickets with a military ID.

A VIU shuttle will take attendees to the festival.

We encourage attendees to bring a Thanksgiving-themed care package to send to the men and women currently serving in the military
