Many will pinpoint Washington, DC as a big foodie area, but Northern Virginia is no spring chicken when it comes to chef-driven, local and down right delicious food. We also like to have a good time here in Fairfax County, so when we get to planning festivals, it shouldn't come as a surprise to find out that some of the best are food and beverage driven. One thing you will find when it comes to food and drink in this area is an exceptional array of options. You can take a culinary trip around the world without ever leaving the region, from Greek to Russian to Hungarian and Mongolian, you'll find just about every type of food you can think of. Our festivals are diverse, too. Browse through some of the mainstays below, and then scroll down to find our current list of food and drink events.
