Evoking the feeling of an old bistro, yet with a contemporary twist, Bazin's on Church brings to Vienna an inviting neighborhood dining experience with a seasonal American menu featuring organic and local ingredients. After being diagnosed with Celiac's disease several years ago - Chef Patrick Bazin has made creating delicious gluten-free dishes a main priority. Understanding first hand the restrictions of a gluten-free diet; he wanted to ensure no customer would ever feel like a gluten-free meal in his restaurant was a sacrifice. Other dietary restrictions and food allergies are also gladly accommodated. Bazin's offers a full bar, over 20 wines by the glass and a cellar of over 500 wines available by the bottle. The wine bar features a collection of wonderful wines from around the world, with an emphasis on California. Happy Hour food and drink specials are available from 4:30p.m.- 6:30p.m. Tuesday - Thursday. Reservations highly recommended but not required.
