Corcoran was the first winery/brewery in the state of Virginia. I think we are very blessed to have surrounded ourselves with some amazing people to get us where we are today. We started growing hops back in 2010 and have a selection of 11 different varieties that we grow on the farm in Waterford. We produced our first all Virginia made beer with them last year and are looking forward to some special beers that Kevin has stated he will produce this year. The brewery business and the winery business are similar in the sense we take products grown on our farms and ferment those products and turn them into adult libations. Our new brew-house is a 10 barrel system and will allow us the opportunity to expand a bit into the local restaurant market as well as bottle and can some beers as well. We offer beer flights as well as pints and growler sales.
