Overview
Yelp

Crust is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. We serve authentic 12″ Neapolitan pizza cooked in our wood-fired oven. We use only use fresh ingredients in addition to our San Marzano tomatoes and 00 flour from the Campania region of Italy. We are certified by the Associazione Verace PIZZA Napoletana which ensures that our pizza is cooked just like it would be in Naples. Treat yourself or your family to one of our famous pizzas or panuozzos (sandwiches) in our spacious location. Our wood fired oven is an essential element in the baking of Neapolitan Pizza. It was hand crafted in Naples by a third generation family known for the superior quality of their ovens. The oven can reach a temperature of 1000 degrees and can cook a pizza in under 90 seconds. The high temperatures aren’t the only benefit of our ovens. The moisture and aroma of the wood allows the crust to maintain its internal softness, as well as ensuring a thin crust and puffy edges.
