This pared-down version of Jennifer Carroll’s French-Mediterranean bistro will serve a variety of oysters, seafood cocktails and crabcakes along with a selection of Champagnes and white wines. Caviar and cured fish will also be available for retail purchase. sabella Eatery, set to open at Tysons Galleria in fall 2017, is an unprecedented restaurant project by Washington, D.C., chef and restaurateur Mike Isabella. Made up of eight distinct eateries, a cocktail bar and a private dining space, Isabella Eatery will spread out over the 41,000-square-foot dining complex.
