A reconstructed revolutionary war farm, Claude Moore Colonial Farm is worked with the same tools and methods employed by farmers in the 18th century. The farm demonstrates the life of a poor family living on a small farm in northern Virginia just prior to the American Revolution. Staff and volunteers, dressed in period clothes, work the farm and answer questions about livestock and life in the 18th century.
