Catch an exciting evening of Jimmy Lange Boxing, the region's best, live professional boxing show, returning to the Patriot Center on Saturday, Feb. 11. Sponsored by Valcourt Building Services, the event features seven high-energy bouts, including three world title fights. Local fan favorite and Contender star Jimmy Lange defends his World Boxing Union (WBU) junior middleweight title against Ruben Galvan in the Main Event. Another former Contender participant, Michael "No Joke" Stewart, will battle Joe Wyatt for the vacant WBU welterweight championship in the co-Main Event. Three undefeated local fighters will be showcased including Ashburn's Tori "Sho Nuff" Nelson battling "Lady V" Vashon Living for the WIBA women's middleweight championship. Zain Shah of Chantilly faces his toughest competition to date against highly regarded junior middleweight "Lightning" Harry Joe Yorgey, while junior welterweight Todd "White Lightning" Wilson of Fairfax strikes again with a showdown versus Fernando "The Whip" Basora. Don't miss the rematch between welterweights Richie "The Rock" Andrews and Haymarket's Juan "The Savior" Rodriguez and the heavyweight showdown between Dennis Benson and Upper Marlboro's Duane Mobley.

Paul's Ride for Life is a charity bicycle ride for all ages and all cycling levels. Paul's Ride starts at the Reston Town Center pavilion. The ride is held along the Washington and Old Dominion Trail. Paul's Ride is a rolling start with three ride options: 10 miles, 20 miles and 1/2 century (50 miles). Proceeds from Paul's Ride go the Washington Regional Transplant Community to support awareness for organ donation. There is a critical need for organ donation in the United States where 18 individuals die each day waiting for a transplant.
