Fairfax County contains the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center. Meetings and Conventions

Fairfax County is a convenient and affordable location for your next meeting or convention. With a room tax of only 11 percent, a food tax of 5 percent, and free parking nearly everywhere, Fairfax County is the right place at the right price.

Hotels throughout the county can host small meetings with rates to fit any budget. Larger meetings of more than 1,000 people can be held in one of the county's 18 convention hotels. A number of unique meeting places for off-site events are available, including secluded retreats and historic homes.

In addition to hotels, the Dulles Expo and Convention Center is located just six miles from Washington Dulles International Airport. The facility features 210,000 square feet of exhibit space and more than 3,000 parking spaces. A 233-room hotel is located next door to the Dulles Expo Center.
