On behalf of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors I would like to invite you to explore the Herndon community. Visitors to the historic Town of Herndon and its surrounding communities can find plenty of fun things to do. Historic Downtown Herndon is on the W&OD bike trail. The Herndon Visitor Center is located in the converted train depot along with an antique caboose. The museum inside is an ideal way to learn more about the history of Herndon. In addition, Herndon has a fantastic array of international restaurants, beautiful parks and is home to several major corporations. The Herndon Town Green is the place for families to be for free Friday Night concerts all summer long. Enjoy Herndon!
