When you have the only National Park in the United States dedicated solely to the performing arts, you better believe great things are always happening there. The Fairfax County Park Authority, and the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority, both place an emphasis on events that will educate and entertain visitors coming to their amazing parks.
George Mason's Center for the Arts is another favorite of visitors coming to the area who want to experience high quality music and events of all kinds. Also located in Fairfax County is the George Mason Patriot Center. This multipurpose facility plays host to various athletic, musical, and other types of events year-round as well.
