Fairfax County Parks offer visitors and travelers a chance to see nature like never before. The natural landscape offers an incredible view for all to enjoy. Fairfax County Parks offer a plethora of activities for both the active and leisure traveler, as well as for families of all sizes.

Try hitting the waters by renting a canoe or kayak at one of the several boat rental shops. Sleep under the stars or by a warm campfire at one of the local camping sites. Hike and bike on one of the nature trails and get a glimpse of the all the lively wildlife. Take part in history and visit Freedom Hill Park, which was part of the original Defenses of Washington.
