Please join Capital Harmonia as we host our 4th Annual Women’s Choral Festival on Sunday, March 31, 2019. This event features a repertoire of music by women composers. It is open to the public and free! We are also pleased to invite you to join a reception immediately following the concert. Bring along your friends and family!

Our featured composition is Libby Larsen’s Canticle of Mary. Other concert pieces will include songs from living American composers Sarah Quartel, Gwyneth Walker and Andrea Ramsey, all accompanied by either piano, harp or oboe.

We are also honored to feature Linda S. Sullivan, President & CEO of ARTSFAIRFAX and Senator Jennifer Boysko who will speak at the festival.
The Women’s Choral Festival occurs during Women’s History Month to honor the contributions of women for the last 100 years. We celebrate with music written by women composers about women and take the opportunity to recognize today’s contributions of local women-led charitable organizations with whom we partner.
