Event Description

Grammy Award-winning musician and two-time IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year, Laurie Lewis is internationally renowned as a singer, songwriter, fiddler, bandleader, producer and educator. She has performed and recorded since 1986 with mandolinist Tom Rozum. Since her debut in 1986, Laurie has recorded nearly 20 albums, and her latest album - recorded with her band, the Right Hands - was nominated for the Best Bluegrass Recording Grammy in 2017.

Doors open at 6 p.m., show time is 7 p.m. The series, at the park's Visitor Center, is sponsored by the Friends of Frying Pan Park, Vienna Hardwoods and Eastman Guitar and Mandolins in cooperation with Fairfax County Park Authority. Food and drinks available for purchase. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
