George Mason's Gunston Hall is celebrating the iconic Virginia is for Lovers brand by hosting Fairfax County's first permanent LOVEworks sign. Whether you choose to explore the grounds, go on a guided tour of George Mason’s home, or attend any of our family-friendly events, every member of your group will thoroughly enjoy a visit to Gunston Hall. And on June 15th (with the LOVEworks sign in attendance) Gunston Hall will be celebrating Declaration Day!  Join Gunston Hall for this historic event commemorating the anniversary of the ratification of the Virginia Declaration of Rights! The day will begin with a special naturalization ceremony followed by an afternoon of fun and educational activities for all ages. Converse with living history interpreters, immerse yourself in 18th-century Virginia, and explore George Mason’s ideas and legacy.
