All ages) The Chesapeake Independent Blues and Ship’s Company will both be at Colvin Run Mill. They will discuss the lives of militia and navy during the war of 1812 and how mills like Colvin Run played an important role in the early republic. The miller will be grinding “ship stuff,” conditions permitting. Please call ahead to confirm. No reservations are required for this event, and it is free for active and retired military members with ID.
