Mindful Moving Kids, the brainchild of school psychologist and certified yoga instructor Beth Hardy, is bringing movement, self-regulation, and play to Honest Soul Yoga's Falls Church location, starting July 14th. The summer series includes six classes packed with social connection, movement and yoga, and games to build impulse control and resilience. Developed for ages 5 to 12, each class is limited in size and tailored to the needs of the students in it, so all are welcomed and supported. Classes are 60 minutes packed with fun, every Wednesday at 11am through August 18th.
