The Festival officially welcomes visitors, words of welcome, and mulitiple performances from talented local artists and musicians.

This child-friendly event is free and open to the public.  


10 AM - Festival Opens & Official Welcome

The Festival will officially be open for visitors, words of welcome from the Reston Pride Board of Directors including:

A kickoff in honor of Juneteenth from Rev. Michelle Nickens of the Washington Plaza Baptist Church.

Some words of support from local elected officials:
– Ken Plum, VA House of Delegates
– Janet Howell, VA State Senator
– Karl Frisch, Fairfax County School Board

A word from Amber Beichler of the Transgender Education Association of Greater Washington.


10:45 AM - Performances Take the Main Stage

  • Dance Performance by Yauri Dalencour
  • Vocal Performances by the Reston Community Players
  • Drag Performance by Regina Jozet Adams, a female impersonator that has worked in the DMV for more than 33 years. Known as the Queen of Comedy for the DMB, she has graced the stage of many of the clubs in the tri-state area. She has held several titles, but she is most proud of her reigns as Miss Gay America DC 2009, and Miss AGLA 2017. Currently the Digital Bingo Queen of the DMV.
  • Drag Performance by Ashlee Jozet Adams, a member of the transgender community who has been entertaining the DMV for the past 17 years. She has been able to perform on some of the DMVs greatest stages, and is the current reigning Miss AGLA 2020.
  • DJ performances by C Squared Entertainment, a local LGBT performer & DJ. You can learn more about this performer by visiting them online.

12:45 PM - Recognition of our 2020 Reston Pride Award Winners

Now that we have finally been able to gather as a community, we are going to celebrate the best our community has to offer by publically recognizing our 2020 Rainbow Award and Founders Award winners.

1 PM - Headliner Performance from Wicked Jezabel

The Headliner for our 2021 Festival is Wicked Jezabel, an award winning band founded in the Washington, DC area by Pauline and Davi AnsonDross, and 2020 Reston Pride Rainbow Award winning Best Musical Artist!

Wicked Jezabel dynamically delivers high energy hits from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today!
