Agriculture is big business in Virginia and in fact, it is our state's largest industry. This adult lecture series features local farmers in the Fairfax County area. Each session includes a personalized, 45-minute presentation from farmers explaining why they chose farming as a profession, what they produce and how you can support local farmers. After the presentation, we get to sample the fruits of their labor as we socialize and learn more about the impacts of supporting local agriculture. Designed for participants aged 12 to adult.
