Bonefish Grill is about fresh fish. Straight from the ocean to the table, fish is flown in, inspected and hand-cut daily, and then cooked to perfection over a wood-burning grill. Bonefish Grill prides itself on its extensive knowledge of fresh fish, and is dedicated to helping patrons learn to love and enjoy fish to its fullest! Using flavorful, modern culinary touches such as goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes and wild mushrooms, Bonefish Grille’s sauces get as much attention as the fish! For the non-fish eaters, there is a wide selection, from center cut Filet Mignon and pork tenderloin to freshly prepared pasta and chicken dishes - all created with innovative and delectable ingredients.
