More than a decade later, Owner Armando Mejia has proudly opened four additional locations throughout the Northern Virginia-Washington, D.C. area, garnering a diverse set of customers -- from families celebrating birthday parties, to sports fans, to employee gatherings -- all united under one El Tio roof to enjoy good food and company.
