"Our family has been in the food industry since 1965 with a menu made up of Greek, Italian and American favorites. The location of the first restaurant was on Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, Va. with subsequent locations in Old Town Alexandria, in Centreville, and now in Reston Va. We both started working in our first restaurant when we were teenagers and learned all aspects of the business. We feel very comfortable doing what we're doing, and that is making our restaurant a place where people can get good food at an affordable price and a pleasant dining experience." -- Owners Vicky & George
Kalypso’s is located on the historic Lake Anne, Reston. With the most square footage on the lake, the restaurant offers a variety of atmospheres – sports bar, cocktail lounge, traditional white linen restaurant, and scenic lakefront dining. Kalypso’s is also a great location for events and can accommodate private parties for up to 175 guests as well as off-site catering in Reston and neighboring cities. Lake Anne offers free parking and a variety of shops and restaurants for residents and visitors alike.
