Priced at $65 per person for the 3-Course Prix Fixe, and $48 per person for the Vegetarian Prix Fixe, 2941 features elegant seasonal, holiday-inspired dishes including Chestnut Ravioli, Maple Lawn Farm's Turkey Breast, Sweet Potato Beignets, Butternut Squash Velouté, Braised Oxtail, and a Vegetarian Trio, to name a few of Chef's signature items. The feast features two carving stations with Cider-brined & Roasted Turkey with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, and Slow-Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Creamy Horseradish and Au Jus, as well as a salad station. Bring your family and friends to Wildfire at Tysons Galleria on Thanksgiving Day for a special family style menu featuring spit roasted turkey and all the traditional Thanksgiving dishes. The cost is $39.95 per person and $16.95 for children 12 and under. Wildfire will be donating a portion of the day's proceeds to Food for Others, the largest distributor to free food directly to people in need in Northern Virginia, and is hosting a food drive starting that day to help restock the cupboards just in time for the holidays. Chef Tom Elder and team will prepare sides with ingredients straight from the region's finest farmers, and even some from Chef Tom's own organic garden. The kit includes slow-roasted Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash, Roasted Sweet Potatoes with walnut butter, Mashed Potatoes and Turkey Gravy, Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts, Tennessee Bread Stuffing, and Chef Tom's famous bacon jam made with honey harvested from its four rooftop hives.
