Mark Carrier Announced as New Chairman of Owner's Association for IHG Hotels (IAHI)

Fairfax County, VA - November 16, 2009 - Visit Fairfax congratulates Board Member and formerChairman Mark Carrier, Senior Vice President of the B.F. Saul Company Hotel Division, on his new position as Chairman of the IAHI (Owner's Association for IHG Hotels) Board of Directors.

The IAHI represents more than 3,000 owners of IHG brand hotels worldwide, including several Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels in B.F. Saul Company's portfolio. In addition to his responsibilities of strategic planning and overall operational direction for B.F. Saul Company and more than 15 years affiliated with IAHI, Mr. Carrier has been an active member of the Visit Fairfax Board of Directors, recently serving as Chairman of the Board.
