As soon as that first crisp autumn breeze hits Fairfax County, Halloween preparations start brewing. Haunted trails, home haunts, and spooky stories become the new normal during this time of year, making it no surprise that Halloween is a thrilling time for all ages. While Northern Virginia's spookiness kicks into high gear, there are still plenty of Halloween treats that kiddos will love, no frights included!

From goblin-themed mini golf and scavenger hunts galore to classic trick-or-treat events, discover the best non-spooky Halloween events around Fairfax County. Some of these events start as early as the first week of October because, let's face it, Halloween is a month-long celebration.
