Welcome to the Chantilly Area of Fairfax County
This place will blow you away! Experience super speed attractions at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum and Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center which is the home of the Space Shuttle Discovery. Here, visitors can walk among hundreds of aircraft and small artifacts in display cases located on the floor, and view aircraft hanging from the arched ceiling on elevated skywalks. The Udvar-Hazy Center also features flight simulators, a state-of-the-art IMAX theatre, and an observation tower overlooking Washington Dulles International Airport. The history doesn't stop with air and space lore, sites like Sully Historic Site explore the area's past and are a wonderful way to explore the area as well. There are also three breweries in Chantilly - Ono Brewing Company, Honor Brewing Co., and Mustang Sally Brewing Company - so there's plenty of locally brewed beers here to savor. This community is located closest to Washington Dulles International Airport, making it a great place to stay when flying on your next trip to the nation's capital region. When you're
